Saisha was born in 1981 in the Suburb area of Hindu Colony in Dadar, Mumbai. She comes from a well to do Marathi family. She professes Hinduism and follows its customs and practices. After completing her graduation, Saisha went abroad to pursue a course in fashion and took admission in the House of Versace, Italy where she did a six months internship program course in fashion.

• Saisha’s early life has not been less than a rollarcoaster ride. As a child she faced lots of bullies and discrimination due to her Feminine behaviour. She was bullied by her classmates and called her ‘Aye Bailla’. According to Saisha, those were the worst days of her life. She had no friends and would sit alone in a corner. In her 20s Saisha became attracted towards men, this made her to think that she is gay but after consulting the doctor she found that she was a Transgender. At this point she was also undergoing Gender Dysphoria and suffering from Panic Attacks and Anxiety. 
• Talking about her family, Saisha comes from a well to do family. Her parents are very broad minded and supported Saisha’s every decision. Saisha’s Father Tulsidas Shinde, has always been very supportive of her, he would even visit Saisha’s Doctors and supported her in the decision of Gender Transformation. Her mother would also share Fashion Tips with her. 
• In 2020, Saisha finally underwent a Gender Reassignment Surgery. The transformation process included Physiatrists Sessions, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Hair Replacement, Voice Modulation therapy and more.

• Saisha since her early childhood was passionate about fashion, stylings and glamour world. Therefore she decided to pursue the same as her Career. 
• Saisha began her career by working as a Sales Boy at the Kimaya Fashion store in Mumbai. She was then promoted at the post of Visual Merchandise in the same Shop. In 2007, Saisha started her own Fashion Brand with the name ‘Swapnil Shinde’. 
• Soon she became famous and became a celebrity fashion stylist, where she designed clothes for Actresses like Kareena Kapoor, Aditi Roy Haidri, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranout and more. Her fashion label has also been showcased in Big Fashion Shows. She has also worked as a Fashion Designer for movies like Guzaarish, Fashion, Laxmi and more. 
• Saisha gained massive recognition after designing the Cloth for Harnaaz Kaur Sidhu in the final round of Miss Universe Beauty Peasant.

Siasha in 2015, took part in the American Fashion Show ‘Project Runway’ season 14 as a Contestant. In 2022, Saisha also participated as a Contestant in the Indian Reality Show ‘Lock Upp’ hosted by Kangna Ranaut. During the show, Saisha was in the middle of the Transformation process.
