Chaitra and Six of her Confidante, bluffed Pujari with 5 crore rupees by making a fake promise for MLA Ticket for BJP Karnataka Assembly Election from Byndoor Constituency. Pujari, when came to know that he was cheated by Chaitra, registered a FIR against her. The Police caught and arrested Chaitra and her Teammates and seized 2.5 crore rupees from Chaitra.

• Physically Assaulting a Activist of Hindu Jagaran- In 2018, Chaitra along with her Five teammates were accused of beating and Physically Assaulting Guruprasad Panja the Sullia Taluk Secretary of Hindu Jagaran Vedike. The fight outraged due to the Religious Ritual ‘Sarpa Samskara’. One of the members from Chaitra’s Side used a steel rod to attack Panja. 

• In 2023, Chaitra faced another acquisition for cheating a Businessman from Udupi, promising him to set up a Textile Business in Udupi and Kota.
